Today I am very happy because I have done three big & best projects.

1. Traffic police who work very hard on the road (hari das signal, kora kendra signal and aarey colony check post )

1. We have given fruits, butter milk, biscuits to traffic police .【Total 15 traffic police】

2.At Vani Pada (95 children) Fruits, chocolate, wafers,biscuit packet

3.We have provided one kit bag which includes 5 kg wheat flour, 2 kg onions & potatoes ,1 kg tur dal, 1 oil bag,1 kg sugar , half kg Tea Powder , 1 biscuit packet and fruits also . *We distributed total 10 kits to aarey colony school security staff and house keeping staff those who not getting salary last six months They are on contract basis

Today just now we are so happy that v could do something new n it's all due to Goldy who had taken most efforts to visit n purchase good quality fruits for cancer patients n in large quantity n we could really feel the happiness n smile on their faces which gave us happiness too. We r obliged to ubat too

These patients r given stay near by the hospital n even the free Tata bus service to visit the hospital since these people come from remote small villages with or without relatives n r been given free treatment but since they can't afford the frequent visit to the hospital due to money crises they stay to accomplish their treatment but since they cannot afford meals n fruits different charities n sponsors provide them n today ubat made it with musk melon n grapes to around 150 patient n around 50 to 80 relatives who accompany them.

Another proud day for UBAT. Abhay Dey, a resident of Canada, has sponsored a huge charity event of feeding hundreds of street dwellers of Gorai-Charkop slums, Mumbai. The occasion was Abhay’s birthday, which is 22^nd November. Abhay’s parents volunteered at the event.

The event was admirably organized and led by UBAT’s Executive Volunteer, Smt. Raju Sadhnani; along with Hari and Ruchi Sadhnani.

This is second year in a row, Abhay celebrated his birthday by sponsoring charitable event through UBAT.

With lots of love and blessings, UBAT wishes Abhay a very Happy Birthday. And a million thanks to Rajuji, Hariji, Ruchi, Abhay’s parents, and all volunteers and supporters!!!

UBAT is overjoyed with the successful kickoff of its new project, of free food distribution to Ratibundar Slum dwellers of Chembur, Mumbai. The first event of the project took place on Saturday under the leadership of Executive Volunteer Geeta Tejnani, with immeasurable help and support of Goldy Agrawal. It is extremely difficult to control the chaos amongst street dwellers during such a charity project. In spite of all difficulties Geeta and Goldy managed to serve free food, including Diwali sweets to more than 200 people.

There is no joy greater than serving the poor and needy. UBAT humbly urges people to volunteer at such events, and experience the joy in person.

On 5^th July, UBAT’s Executive Volunteers Vandana Sadhwani and Vinita Sadhwani, and team executed yet another event of project, “National Blind Association” in Nashik. 80 blind children were served sweets, biscuits, and banana.

Looking at the pictures of these beautiful kids you might not realize that they are deprived of one of natures’ most precious gift, the gift of seeing this amazing world.

India homes 15 million (1.5 Crore) blind people, which is 40% of total population of blinds all over the world.

Sadly, 75% of cases are avoidable blindness, which means they became blind due to lack of treatment, and medicines.

Please help the blind in whatever way you can- donations, pledging eye donations, promoting eye donation campaigns, anything you can.

This day marks one year from UBAT's Inauguration Day!!! While UBAT was formed on 15th Oct, 2016; it did its inauguration on 10th June, 2017. UBAT celebrated anniversary of that day by distributing free food to 75 kids of Vanicha pada, Mumbai. The project was led by Rekha Patankar, with help of other volunteers- Nachiket, Divya, and Ved.

UBAT launches Gajarawadi, Nashik project with its first successful event on 14th May, 2018!!!

The event was led by Vandana Sadhwani and Vinita Sadhnani; provided Pav Samosa, Soan papdi, and biscuits to 150 poor and needy people of the village.

Last year in UBAT’s inauguration speech, Chief Guest Dr. Rekha Talmaki, a retired professor and a long time social worker, specializing in the area of empowering Tribal Women, had suggested UBAT to reach out to rural areas and serve. Gajarawadi project is a big milestone in that direction.

UBAT is honored to announce the successful completion of distributing free snacks to 102 kids for 10 days of Sports event in a municipal school; ‘Marathi School Number 1’ in Mumbai. From 16th April through 25th April, 2018

The project was executed by UBAT’s Executive Volunteer Rekha Patankar, who is one of the teachers of that Municipal School for last 2 decades.

Sports is very important for all children. Sports is important for both health and education of children. Swami Vivekananda once said, ‘Religion is not for empty stomach’. That’s a wonderful statement. I would extrapolate that; and say, ‘Nothing makes sense for empty stomach. Whether you want a kid to study, or take part in sports or other cultural programs; first feed them’.

Even today in about 600,000 villages, and thousands of municipal schools in cities, ‘free food’ is the driving factor, that makes the poor parents send their children to school.

UBAT’s heartfelt thanks to Rekha, Shalini Lohe, several girl guides, and everybody who worked hard for 10 days on this project.

On 12^th April, 2018 UBAT carried out a quick event of feeding 35 impoverished kids of Marve slum of Malad, Mumbai. The event was executed by UBAT Volunteers, Smt. Raju Sadhnani, Sri Hari Sadhnani, and Ruchi Sadhnani. Meal comprised of Puri-bhaji, Samosa pav, and butter milk.

UBAT executed one more charitable event in a Mentally Retarded School, ‘Snehalaya’ in Mira Road on 3^rd April, 2018. Kids were served meals by Volunteers Smt. Raju Sadhnani, Sri. Hari Sadhnani, and Ruchi Sadhnani. Thank you so much!!!

On 31^st March, Rekha Patankar successfully executed March event of Vanicha Pada (Aarey Milk Colony, Mumbai) project. Rekha was assisted with her son Nachiket, and other volunteers- Devki, Aarati, Diya, and other Girl Scouts. Special thanks to Devki, who managed most work. Vandana Sadhwani executed one more event of yet another new project, “Aashi Foundation Slum Area”. 80 slum people were served Oranges, ladoos, and biscuits. Free clothes were also distributed. Vandana’s team comprised other dedicated volunteers- Poonam, Neeta Chavan, and Neeta Dhamija. This event was in Nashik.

On 29^th March, UBAT’s Executive Volunteer Vandana Sadhwani executed first event of project, “National Blind Association” in Nashik. 158 blind children were fed Ice cream, watermelon, oranges, and banana. Vandana was assisted by other dedicated volunteers Neeta Chavan and Neeta Dhamija.

UBAT announces with extreme joy the successful execution of the first event of project, ‘Padsad Karnabadhir Vidyalay’, school of hearing impaired students. 100 deaf students were served Samosa, Cupcakes, Ice cream, and Watermelon. The event was beautifully carried out by UBAT’s Executive Volunteer, Vandana Sadhwani; along with Lead and other Volunteer Geetika Hemnani, Poonam, and Neeta.

Besides food, UBAT also distributed free clothes to the kids!!! It was a day of joy for UBAT for this opportunity to do something for the needy. UBAT’s heartfelt gratitude to Vandana and her team; and everybody helping us in our mission!!!

On 8^th February UBAT organized meals for 35 Tribal girls, who are sheltered in Kanya Chhatralaya, Adivasi Seva Mandal. The event was led by UBAT’s Executive Volunteer, Smt. Raju Sadhnani; with other volunteers, Hari and Ruchi Sadhnani.

Everybody beautifully performed Bhramari pranayam, Om chanting, and prayer before meal.

On 15^th January, 2018 UBAT successfully carried out year’s first event of free food distribution; which is part of Annapurna Brahman Project. The event was led by Smt. Raju Sadhnani, along with Hari Sadhnani and Ruchi Sadhnani. Around 80 kids of Saint Francis Orphanage were fed full meal, comprising various items such as Puri bhaji, dal rice, papad, usal, sweets.

On 20th December, 2017 Saint Francis School Orphanage – free meal distribution charitable event was successfully carried out by UBAT team led Smt. UBAT conducted free entertainment program and snack distribution at GVS Mandal [Gareeb Vidyarthi Sahayak Mandal]. Main entertainer was Romi, along with Prakash Pawar. Main entertainment was song and dance sequence on Bollywood. The event was led by UBAT’s Executive Volunteer, Geeta Tejnani; along with Rita Thakkar, and Malti. About 177 kids were present in the event; and everybody had a gala time!

On 15^th December UBAT’s Executive Volunteer Geeta Tejnani, with Rita, carried out the monthly event of free food distribution at Chembur Children’s home. The orphanage now has more than 100 kids, both boys and girls. However, there is no permission to take picture of the girls; hence, sharing pictures of the boys alone.

UBAT celebrated Children’s Day on 14^th November, 2017 by distributing samosa, jeelebi, patra, dokla, and chocolates to about 60 kids in Borivali’s Gorai slums. The project was led by Executive Volunteer Vinita Sadhnani; with assistance from Babita and other volunteers. This is Vinita’s second project in this very month; and a third one coming up on 22^nd!!! Vinita is also geared up to start Gajarawadi, Nashik project very soon. UBAT expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Vinita.

On Sunday 24^th September, 2017 UBAT successfully carried out its FIRST time Free Clothes distribution to poor and needy people in Aarey Milk Colony, Mumbai. And, continued Free Fruit distribution, which had started in July this year. Thanks to UBAT volunteers- Apurva, Rekha, Ajit, and everybody. There is hardly any joy greater than sharing what we have with the poor and needy sections of our society. God bless UBAT and all.

Latest project kicked off- Fruits distribution to poor and needy!

On Sunday, 30^th July 2017 UBAT started a new project. Every month UBAT will provide fruits to about 100 children and their families in Aarey Milk Colony, Mumbai. These people live in Padas (backward zone, free land provided by government to these poor and needy people)

This is a huge step towards mankind of bringing joy and smiles on the faces of less fortunate children. Many thanks to all UBAT volunteers- Apurva, Rekha, Ajit, Devaray, Geeta, Rita, and others. Thanks to Apurva in leading the project, Ajit for arranging UBAT stickers and fruits, Rekha for coordinating with Pada volunteer Sailesh and pada children; Devaray for overseeing and helping and supporting; Geeta and Rita for helping, supporting, and participating in this memorable charitable event 🙏 Thank you everybody.

UBAT’s latest project!

Today UBAT launched its latest project- feeding daily breakfast to children in an orphanage- Chembur Children’s Home.

Executive Volunteer Geeta Tejnani, along with Volunteer Rita Thakkar took initiative of this project. UBAT is extremely thankful to them for giving this project a successful start.
